01About these terms

These terms and conditions apply to your use of the We Supply website and to every order, request or application you make through it. By using the site or placing an order you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

We Supply serves business customers. By ordering you confirm that you act on behalf of a company or organisation.

02Accounts and access

The shop is available to registered customers. You are responsible for keeping your login details safe and for everything done under your account. Please tell us straight away if you think someone else has used it.

We may suspend or close an account that is used in breach of these terms or for fraud.

03Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we confirm the order by email or in your account. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example when an item is unavailable, a price was shown in error, or we cannot verify your details. If we cancel after you paid, we refund you in full.

04Prices and VAT

Prices are shown in Saudi Riyals (SAR). Unless stated otherwise, prices exclude value added tax (VAT), which is added at the rate in force at checkout and shown on your invoice. Prices and offers can change without notice, but a confirmed order keeps the price confirmed.

05Payment

You can pay by the methods offered at checkout, or on the credit terms agreed with us in writing. Invoices are due by the date shown on them. We may charge interest on late payments and suspend further orders until the balance is cleared.

06Delivery

We deliver across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia as described on our Shipping & Delivery page. Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees. Risk in the goods passes to you when they are delivered, and ownership when we receive full payment.

07Returns and cancellations

Please check your goods on delivery. If an item is damaged, defective or not what you ordered, tell us within 7 days of delivery and we will replace it or credit you. Goods must be unused and in their original packaging. Items made or sourced specially for you through Find It For Me, and perishable goods, cannot be returned unless faulty.

You can cancel an order before it is dispatched by contacting us. Once dispatched, the returns rule above applies.

08Product information

We try to keep descriptions, images and stock information accurate, but colours, packaging and brand details can differ slightly from what you see on screen or from the manufacturer's latest version.

09Find It For Me requests

A Find It For Me request is a request for a quotation. Our reply is a quote, not a binding order. A sale happens only when you accept the quote and we confirm it in writing.

10Supplier applications

Applying to become a We Supply supplier does not create any obligation on either side. We review applications at our own discretion and may ask for documents such as a commercial registration, VAT certificate and product samples.

11Intellectual property

The We Supply name, logo, website design and content belong to us or our licensors. Brand names and logos of third parties belong to their owners. You may not copy or reuse our content without written permission.

12Our responsibility

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Beyond that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, loss of profit or business interruption, and our total liability for any order is limited to the price you paid for it. We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control.

13Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any dispute that cannot be settled between us will be brought before the competent courts in the Kingdom.

14Changes

We may change these terms from time to time. The version on this page when you place an order is the one that applies to it.
