Sign in, add products to your cart and check out. You receive an order confirmation by email, and we confirm availability and delivery details.
Yes. The shop is open to registered customers. You can browse our pages, send a Find It For Me request or contact us without an account.
Yes, before it is dispatched. Contact us as soon as possible with your order number. After dispatch our returns rules apply.
Find It For Me
If you cannot find a product in our shop, tell us what you need and our team will source it for you.
Product name, brand, specifications, quantity and any photos, links or documents. The more detail you give, the faster and more accurate our quote.
We usually reply within two business days with the available options and prices.
No. A request is free and without obligation. An order exists only when you accept our quote.
Payment & pricing
All prices are in Saudi Riyals (SAR). VAT is added at the rate in force and shown on your invoice.
By the methods offered at checkout. Approved business customers can also buy on agreed credit terms; contact us to set this up.
Yes. A VAT invoice is issued for every order and is available in your account and by email.
Delivery

Typically 2 to 4 business days in major cities and 4 to 7 business days elsewhere, depending on the product and stock.
Tell us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we will replace it or credit you.
